Final costs are yet to be determined (lots of factors inc. number of people travelling, but below is a guide);

Whole Trip - €150
Transport & Hotel - €100
Ticket Only - €50 (a reminder that tickets can only be organised for DH members)

We will be staying at Premier Inn, Romford Town Centre again and I will review cost of coach transfer as I know it's everyone's preference.

Flights:
OUT: Dublin to Stansted - FR202 - Departs 06:25
IN: Stansted to Dublin - FR289 - Departs 18:45
Cost is currently €80 on Ryanair site (19.8.24).

Reminder: if you are going on a free trip, the Dublin Hammers will only pay for a flight value of up to €100. So book your flight ASAP!

Payment Schedule:
Deposit of €100 (or €50 for ticket only) required to confirm place on trip by Saturday 31st August (West Ham v Man City), (no exceptions, failure to pay deposit by this point will mean you will need to make your own arrangements).
Balance required by Saturday 14th September (Fulham v West Ham), again no exceptions, if we have already paid for certain elements of the cost, this will be taken from the deposit.

You MUST be a UK Claret member to travel on club trips (see below).

How do I buy membership?
To purchase a membership, follow the step-by-step guide below:
1. Visit the e-ticketing site
2. On the main page, select 'Memberships'
3. Find the membership you wish to purchase, and press 'find out more' to see all the associated benefits.
4. Select the quantity of memberships you wish to purchase. If you are purchasing multiple memberships, be sure to 'reassign' the second membership to the relevant Client Reference Number. If this supporter does not have an existing account, you will need to create one for them before proceeding.
5. Once the memberships are assigned to the correct Client Reference Numbers, click 'proceed to checkout' and enter your payment details.
6. Select 'Review order' and ensure all the details are correct, before agreeing to the terms and conditions to complete your purchase.
7. Once the order is complete, you will receive a booking confirmation number and a email with your booking details.

Dublin Hammers - Members Only WhatsApp Group

Started in Season 2021-2022 we have a 'paid members only' WhatsApp group.

This group is for club information ONLY, i.e. Club trip and party news, any match ticket availability etc. You will be added to the group once club membership has been paid/renewed.

The existing WhatsApp group will remain in place for the usual chat, banter and bad spelling!

Dublin Hammers Premier League - Fantasy Football 2024-2025

The Dublin Hammers Premier League will be renewed again for the coming season. For those members already playing, simply log-in, select leagues from the top menu, renew your leagues.

If you aren't already registered, then you can register at: http://fantasy.premierleague.com

Once you have logged in and saved your selected your team, please <email> and I will send you a link to join.

 

Dublin Hammers - Club Meeting Policy

Please note that from the 2023-2023 season onwards Dublin Hammers season membership is the ONLY WAY to guarantee you entry to any major games we may have i.e. Cup quarters, semis, finals etc.

After our run in the Europa Conference League, lessons were learned and from now on the committee has agreed that ONLY PAID MEMBERS will be guaranteed entry to any high-profile games.

Membership remains at €20 for the season and all wishing to attend over the age of 18 (including family members i.e. daughters and sons) must pay a membership. Non-supporting visiting wife's and spouse's are exempt.
